Over the years, The Order of the Noble Companions of the the Swan has hosted so many important events that it is difficult to select which ones to show on this page. The following banquets and gatherings are representative of the work of the Order in the field of Chivalry.

The Order of the Noble Companions of the Swan hosted a formal banquet on Saturday, November 20, 1999, commemorating the 900th anniversary of the victory achieved by the Soldiers of Christ at the Holy City of Jerusalem during the First Crusade. The banquet was attended by dignitaries from throughout the USA, Canada, Africa, Europe and Asia. Following this Banquet, His Majesty King F. Ayi Foli-Bebe was Invested.

Order of the Swan Represented at Christ Church International Anniversary
On June 22, 1997, in celebration of the 60th Anniversary of Christ Church International, an Old Catholic denomination encompassing four countries, the Presiding Bishop, H.E., Metropolitan Archbishop Donald W. Mullan, P.S., of Niagara Falls, Canada, celebrated a Solemn High Mass at Holy Chalice Old Catholic Church in Eatontown,New Jersey (USA). The Pastor of the Church, Father Richard O. Blalack, Ch.S., assisted the Archbishop. Attending the Mass and representing the Order of the Noble Companions of the Swan was the Grand Master, HRSH, Prince William de Alabona-Ostrogojsk, escorted by a Guard of Honor comprised of Knights of the Order and its attached Order of Merit of Saint Angilbert. Following the High Mass, Archbishop Mullan and Father Blalack presented Prince William the Diamond Jubilee Episcopal Award in recognition of his many significant contributions to Christian Chivalry. Prince William presented the Order's Commemorative Medal of the First Crusade to the Archbishop and Father.

Representing a fraction of the total attending the November 1996 Honors Banquet, these distinguished guests include the Grand Masters of three Chivalric Orders, an Archbishop and other high-ranking clergy, and the heads of several Noble and Royal Houses.

H.E. Baron Alvidas Remesa Krause von Kelles und Tyzenhauz
On March 22, 1997, in the Artists House in the capital of Lithuania, Vilnius, H.E., Baron Alvidas Remesa Krause von Kelles und Tyzenhauz, Knight of the Swan, formally and publically presented the Order of the Noble Companions of the Swan to the resurrected historical Nobility of Lithuania. The occasion was broadcast by Central Lithuanian Television. Extracts were also broadcast by Lithuanian Radio during cultural programs throughout Lithuania.

Lord Mayor of London made Knight of the Swan
Sir Ronald Gardner-Thorpe, Lord Mayor of London, is shown presenting the Swan Grand Master, Prince William, a gift blazoned with the Lord Mayor's Arms. This presentation was made at a Grand Banquet held in Sir Ronald's honor after he was received into The Order of the Noble Companions of the Swan. Sir Ronald was Lord Mayor of London from 1980 through 1981. During Sir Ronald's second year in office, the Royal Wedding of Prince Charles and Diana took place. Sir Ronald was a Knight Grand Cross of The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire and a Knight Grand Cross of the Order of the Noble Companions of the Swan. Pictured below are the dignitaries at the Head Table of Honor at the Banquet.

Prince William with Zulu Nation Prime Minister
Prince William welcomed at an honor banquet Chief Mangosuthu Gatsha Buthelezi, the Chief Executive Counselor of the KwaZulu Legislative Assembly and President of the Inkatha Zulu Party who was also in 1985 Prime Minister of the Zulu nation. Chief Buthelezi traces his ancestry back to King Shaka, founder and leader of the Zulu nation. The Chief is a Christian and leader of the largest tribe in South Africa.
